THSCC Chicks-Only Autocross School
Greetings "fellow" Mini drivers!
If you are (or someone you know is) a woman who'd like to try autocrossing, but have just been too shy to make your first attempt in front of a bunch of guys, Tarheel Sports Car Club has the event for you. THSCC is holding its "Second Ever Chicks-Only Autocross School" -- and you're invited! The "First Ever" school, held in 2003, was a grand success and we heard it was time for another.
The Chicks-Only School is just that, an autocross school put on by women for women -- only! That means NO MEN will be allowed ON THE SITE. So, hubbies and boyfriends, it's your day to keep the kids or work on the other car -- and let the ladies come out by themselves and have their own fun driving the Mini!
The planned date is July 16th and the planned site is Danville, Va. The number of students allowed into the event is dependent upon the number of qualified women instructors we're able to round up. So, ladies, if you're interested, please follow this link, read a little more about the event, and email your interest to chickschool@thscc.com.

PS--Ladies and guys, a regular THSCC autocross is scheduled for the following day at the same site. As a usual rule, non-THSCC members may preregister for THSCC autocrosses two weeks prior to the event. If interested, please visit the THSCC website for more information.
