It's official...my 05, a company car, is going...

I ordered the new one with the JCW suspension for goofs and giggles.

very interesting...

I assume you removed all your goodies? I can't imagine you'll give up that kind of investment -- both in dollars and fervent, concentrated brain CPU cycles in deciding what to buy next with each upgrade dollar. Performance-wise, I suspect you'll give up your BBK only after they pry it from your cold, dead fingers!

Get my PM from awhile back, Michael? I may have just the thing you need before you start experimenting with the new car!

AINASUV...can you resend it? I clean out my mail once a week. ...a kinematics thingy???

I'll probably part with the Megans, but all else is coming off. I'm on again, off again regarding a head and the M7 IC, but suspension wise the JCW setup isn't a bad place to begin with all the other suspension stuff. I've made an agreement to purchase a very slightly used H&R Coilover kit with Helix camber plates. All this stuff will be reinstalled:roll: in spring.

This time around I don't miss out on the LSD:nod: and aero package. All else is the same. The JCW brakes are part of the engine package and will remain a winter brake package.

The BBS wheel, yea, they're here to stay.

The only costly part that will go with the car is the Powerflex lower control arm bushings - I paid BMW to install these. But, I sort of knew the car was going, so what's a mother to do?

Sorry for the pseudo-hijack, but PM resent...

That was a sweeeet car Greg! I have pics of the engine bay...coming soon to a website near you.

Kenchan...unfortunately one of my best and worst traits is curiosity. But this time around, I'm better aquainted with what won't work:lol:
