Suspension fender triming
Can you give more info?
Are you talking about the outer lip of the rear qtr. panel {metal} or the plastic w.o. mld.?
Are you rubbing a tire on the outside or inside surface?
Or are you wanting to trim for some other reason?
Or are you talking about the rear area of the front fenders?

I'll look at my car tonight & see how its made in that area compared to other cars I have worked on.
If it is just the plastic wheel opening moulding that is rubbing, you can trim it with a razor knife.
If the plastic sticks out more than the metal lip you dont have to take the plastic molding off, just jack the car up for access & trim with the knife.
If the plastic & metal stick out the same amount, you may have to take off the plastic moulding and carefully bend up the metal lip of the body panel {to get tire clearance} and then trim the plastic lip & reinstall.

Mikie - It's a bit tough to determine where the rubbing happens looking at the picture. My wife's car had a similar issue when we put all of the suspension parts I took off of mine when I was returning it to stock for autocross. It was H&R lowering springs, a stiffer swaybar and Flik Apex wheels. I was surprised to find that it wasn't the wheel opening trim where the contact was - it was the inside rear part of the wheel well. The molded well has a small portion toward the bottom that protrudes inward from the well radius.
I coldn't figure out where the contact was happening just by eyeballing it so I put some painters low tack masking tape on the lip and drove the car over several speed calming bumps fast enough to make good contact. (Note - it's not a good idea to have your wife in the car when you do that - you may experience unexpected pain as she sinks her talons into your thigh) I was surprised to not find rubbing on the lip. I put some wider tape in the wheel well and ran the test again, only this time I only heard the rubbing and not the post bump screaming (I drove this run alone.)
Trimming it would have left a pretty good size hole in the wheel well so I put those tires on my MINI and bought her a set of smaller diameter tires. Now we have no rubbing, no screaming, no long lasting scars and I've just about stopped flinching when my tires rub.
Good luck - for your sake I hope it's just the opening moulding...
