H&R's or H-Sport's, which is better performing?

which is a better performing spring? (strictly for track perpose. comfort is not an issue.) H&R or H-Sport?

on stock struts? H-Sports.

but make sure you get a larger rear swaybar....otherwise just leave it stock.

thanks. i appreciate it. would they still be the best with KONI shocks (the yellow ones, i believe they are called the KONI Sports)

Also, I have seen that the H&R have a slightly larger diameter then the H sports. This in turn will get you less negative camber if you decide to use camber plates. About one degree less then the H sports.

I have H&R with the Konis and camber plates. I have -2.25 in front, -1.7 in rear. Track handling is excellent. The H&R were not well suited to the stock shocks, adding the Konis transformed the handling and ride.
