Joseph Alfonso at RSPEED ROCK'S!!!
 

I just had to share this with everyone. I called RSPEED last Tuesday to place an order for the 22mm Rear Swaybar. Joseph Alfonso indicated he only had one left from his first batch. I asked if he would honor a price that he had quoted me last September, and he said sure, no problem (175.00) including the Frt. I told him I had to send him a Bank check for I didn't wont my wife to know I was spending money again!!!! he laughed and said he understood. Well I mailed him his money on Wednesday and to my surprise I rec the RSPEED 22MM Rear Swaybar on Thursday of this week. Guy's, you dont find many vendor's like this anymore!!!!!! He had to ship the rear swaybar on Tuesday and shipped it 2nd day air. If he rec his check on Friday I would be surprised, he probably wont rec the check until Monday (ie) regular post an all. I always heard he gave great service but GEE!!!!!!!! :thumbsup:

I've found that RSpeed has wonderful customer service all around. I've always received a response whenever I've e-mailed with a question. :smile:

Joeseph has ALWAYS gone out of his way to do the "right thing." Sometimes I feel guilty, because he insists on going the extra mile, even when I'm more than satisfied already.

As far as MINI vendors go, he's at the top of the heap...

i met joe at his shop on a sun.when he was closed so i could pick up a set of wheels. yes he always goes the extra mile. :thumbsup:
