Rev 9 Coilovers on R53

Has anyone put Rev 9 coilovers on R53?

Old thread revival but I just helped a buddy adjust his Rev9 coils on his R53 and we couldn’t get the front to lower very much but the rear slams pretty low. These might not be for those looking to go very low, interested in hear if anyone else has tried the Rev9 coilovers.

I received my order recently and will be installing the front soon. Looking at the rear how are you suppose to get the your old top mount on the rear struts. Are you suppose to undo the nut?

Nevermind I figured it out. The top adjuster actually comes out first, then you can remove the 18mm nut.

Be sure to keep us updated on these. I’ve debated them a couple of times but can’t find any actual reviews on the mini . And how low it can go for us. I’m not looking to slam it but would like no wheel gap

So far I have done the front. I am very happy with the results. The ride is so smooth and not bouncy, bumpy, or hard. I went from stock struts with Tein lowering spring to these and the difference is worth the money. I have the stiffness set to the be in the middle. (16 clicks from tight) I have decided to bring up the front end about .75 inch from my tein springs. If i want I can still drop the front another 1.3 inches, but I wont need to do that. I will increase the rear once I install them about the same (.75 inch). Overall I like them a lot. The car can be used as a regular daily driver.

This is my camber adjustment. I have plenty of adjust-ability to go + or -

How is the front end weight / driving dynamics of the vehicle with the K24 in there?

That's one of the interesting "get dumb" options if I keep this chassis for a while. Looks awesome.

No difference at all. I think both motors weight the same.
