suspension swap

I will be picking up an 06 GP this saturday and I was curious to know if I can swap in my current suspension into the car. Is there a difference between a regular r53 and a GP in terms of mounting the suspension? The vendor shows there are two kinds of kw v2 coilovers. One for regular R53 and the other for JCW/GP models. I do not know the difference between the two.

I would really like to swap over my vorschlag camber plates and kw coilovers to the GP, but i do not know if i'll run into problems doing so.

I am surprised no one has replied to this! It is a straight-forward swap; the only difference is where the bottom of the strut connects to the aluminum trailing arms of the GP (or R56).

A number of companies sell the adapters that allow your earlier struts to fit perfectly; here is a link to Way's $35 offering:

Enjoy.

He is correct you will need our bushings to install them on the rear.

I didn't get the GP, but I might decide to upgrade to the aluminum rear trail arms from an r56. I'll be sure to pick up those bushings.
