Coilover Spring Rates & Info
I see there's already a thread on this for lowering springs but not coilovers.
I'm starting this as I've been hunting for something more affordable than Ohlins or KW V3 and haven't come across anything w/o ridiculous spring rates.
I'm currently on Koni Yellows and Swift Spec R springs (4.5K F, 5.5K R) which is the balance I want but not quite the overall stiffness I desire.
I've been calling and researching so here's what I've found. Not all of this is easily accessible.
Ohlins
R&T - 400 F 343 R
H&R
Street Performance coilovers - progressive, no specific rate avail
RSS Clubsport - 545 lb/in F 405 lb/in R linear (this is opposite of what I want)
Bilstein
B16 - 322 F 233 R both progressive
Clubsport - 457 F linear 329 R progressive
ST suspension
XTA - 230 F 286 R linear; supposedly shocks can handle up to 200 lb/in more
Forge
Coilovers - 6K F 4K R
Megan
Race coilovers - 7K F 6K R
BC Racing
BR type - 7K F 5K R (custom avail)*
Fortune Auto
500 series - 6K F 4K R (custom avail)*
Godspeed
Monomax - 6K F 5.5K R
CX Racing
Damper Coilovers - 7K F 6K R
Please feel free to make additions
*These two are connected; probably same sweat shop in Taiwan.

Did you end up pulling the trigger on anything? I'm currently looking to replace my OEM setup on an 2009 MCS. I have no intentions of going on a track or racing at all. Hoping to get a new set that makes the car feel a bit less harsh than these old stock ones on a 95K car.
Are there any good options out there from what you found?

Reviving this thread.
What did you end up going with Dr. Spade and how do you find the ride? I'm interested since I'm looking to upgrade my suspension on my R53 JCW that's starting to show it's age. I only use it from April to November as a semi-daily driver that is used to auocross and lap. I'm considering getting these from Greene Performance with 7kg/mm front and rear 8kg/mm spring rates.
