Suspension what are the top 5 track/race coilover options for the R53 (in order of dankness)
I'd have to say Ohlins and KW V3 are in the top choices from personal experience. Lots of race friends are on the Fortune Auto coils with swift spring set ups.

Are you looking for a track only setup?
The KW clubsports are a great and reliable setup

But if you want something for the street too our TSW spec KW V2 and V3s are more tame and work great for dual purpose
http://www.waymotorworks.com/kw-vari...r50-52-53.html
Typically if it is a real all out track setup we start with something like the clubsports or Bilsteins and do some events and see if you want to change it to different springs you like. Some drivers like em really stiff and some like more spring bias front to rear. My best friend and I turn very similar lap times but we like the opposite setups so I'm not as fast in his car and he's slower in my car when we trade. But it's just a personal setup.

I suggest you also check out the options from AST.

I just went with the AST 5100 for the street/track. You would probably be more interested in the 5200 or 5300 series.
