CAtuned's coilovers

I recently installed my CATUNED coilover's. A garage out of Sacramento California who primarily build some of the most badass bmw's around. First I'd like to say that I've owned various big name coilovers on previous cars including tein, ground control with Koni, Megan racing, and bc. This is by far the best performing set I've installed. My ability to corner at speed amazes me coming from stock. The ride quliaty is phenomenal even though I have the fronts maxed out with only a few threads left in the rear. I would venture to say it's better than factory if your on run flat tires still. The finish was impeccable and the guys over at CATUNED are awsome. If your considering coilovers make these an option to look at and you won't be dissapointed. Call the shop and ask for Igor, Tell him Mike sent you

Why did they install the dampening adjustment on top of the rear shocks?

Those look great!

I visited the shop for a quick oil change a few times. Previously they installed my Koni Yellows. The last time, Ivan (IIRC) the shop manager came out and tried getting me for 4-5 hours of shop time to replace a "failing serpentine belt". I'm not sure why he thought I'd fall for it, but when I took it to Niello, they inspected it and said the belt was fine AND they could do the belt in less than one hour's shop time.

Needless to say, I was pissed. I called Igor (the owner) and he said he'd investigate and call me back. Never got a call. Not going back. Funny thing was, I went in originally for an oil change and to ask about a Remus Exhaust. $100 oil change and a $1,000 exhaust, or $1,000 worth of b.s. labor. F-THAT.

Another sad side note: this all took place while Igor was out of the country burying his deceased father.
