Both links were blank so could not tell. I have NM's on mine but also HR's are great too. NM is 1.2" drop and HR's are 1.5 . I would go with Koni Yellows or t he street version for shocks/struts. You will also need adjustable camber arms for the rear. I went with Helix. Also rear sway at some point. Here's mine with the NM 1.2 springs. Attachment 149943
