Man I want to lower the car, only dilemma is I like the 215/45/17 tire. From the looks of what you have....that'll rub haha.

Any camber plates in your future?

new to minis but sitting still I have a finger gap up front and 2 in the rear. I think they'll be fine but im not sure.

Eventually down the road but as it sits everything came "close" in line for the alignment so im good now and I only drive the mini on weekends since I drive the jeep for work.

Im deceiding on wheels but cant make up my mind

Maybe if I throw enough camber at it I can make it work.

I'm assuming you have control arms as well?

nope

read mixed reviews on ability to get alignment done. since I only drive on weekends I didn't push it but will be my next purchase to control alignment

Hey for both you guys...
I've had the H&R springs for over a year now on my '12 S. 215's fit fine, plus I'm running a 7" wide wheel with a little less offset so you really have no problem there.
CUT YOUR BUMPSTOPS!!!! When installing the H&Rs I read nothing about cutting them down, Chad from Det. Tuned said "really? you didn't cut them down?!?!" anyways... after the springs settled, I wished I had. You will SLAM off the bumpstops making the car "jump" over large bumps and cracks in the road. So, if you haven't already, just go back and cut about half right off. Well worth the extra effort if you didn't do it in the first place.
Also, don't worry too much about the alignment. I had mine put back to "as close to factory" when I installed the springs almost 20K miles ago, and have had no issues with tire wear or instability at high speeds. I am also running a similar Hotchkis 22mm hollow sway bar at the back on the middle setting. Car handle pretty neutral and rotates like a top!
Hope this helps!
Dustin
