Jcw john cooper works strut brace

Is a JCW strut brace worth the investment? I have been looking at them for my 2007 S but wanted some feed back from some people who have them. Also was wanting to know if you loose some of the threads because of the plate thickness. They give you new nuts but it looks like the existing studs do not go all the way through the new nuts thus you do not get full threads on the new nuts. Please let me know. Thanks!

I too have been interested in the brace. I have read good things about them. Improving handling substantially. Its just what I have read..........I haven't gone for it yet.

I just recently installed one on my 2010 MCS. I can't really tell whether or not I feel any difference. It looks really nice. Simple to adjust for the perfect fit. The nuts do not fully cover the studs. No worries as there is plenty holding. I ran strut plates for almost 2 years which were almost twice as thick with no problems from the hardware. If you don't have one yet I would recommend a bigger rear sway bar.
