The St's sure are great but it does depend on your use I personally lean toward the touring cup kit because there matched h&r springs on a koni yellow (witch is a great combo) and the fact that I drive my car on salty frozen road means that any coil over execpt maybe the KW would have to be lubed' up like a ..... to keep their ajustability.

And frankly apart from the v max there always that somewhat non negligible price difference at purchase between set ups and the fact that the car should be aligned every time you change height (witch as prevented almost every one I know on coils of actually really changing height).

But Where I to drive my car only on perfect flat road in a non salty area and money be no object, sure I would go to coil overs great for autocross and track.

Once you align the car and stay within lowering range of coilover you should not have to realign

Touring Cup Kit

I like the sound of the H&R TC kit, does anyone know if this kit would require new sway bars, front and rear? I am just looking to replace factory set up with a slight lower look.

You dont "require" sway bar whit Any suspension as far as I know.
But you might just want one

Rear sway bar is one of the best bang for bucks upgrade you can do,
It will change the cars handling more or less depending on the size and strenght of the bar
There are heaps of info on them around nam on the subject.

As for front sway bar unless you put a roll cage in the car the oem one dose a fine job

On the other hand you might consider a pair of rear adjustable control arms you dont absoluty need them whit the slight drop but IMO you can fine tune your camber and Thats good

Cheers

Chris
