Installed FSD on stock cooper springs 3 weeks ago,GO FOR IT,cant say about the springs but the shocks are fairly firm not at all mushy and dont rattle your teeth on a rough surface.

I've been running JCW springs w/FSDs for about 9000 miles (~2 years) now... Works great - no issues. I also did Ireland fixed camber plates up front, and have a 19 mm H&R rear sway installed. It's a nice handling/riding setup, but then I'm by no means a super-talented driver either...

Keep in mind JCW springs have minimal lowering (about 1 cm), so you probably won't notice much difference visible vs. your stock setup... if you want to get more lowering and stick to linear springs, TSW is another option that some folks here have run with FSDs.
