Looks great Bao. So is it mandatory to get spacers on a JCW with colovers?
I am trying to piece together some parts so I can have them installed before the snow arrives.
Thinking of KW V1 coils, uncertain on lower control arms, keeps my JCW cross spoke wheels and maybe spacers (if needed for minimal drop ~1.5")

205/45/17 tires .. Factory run flats with 5 mm spacers up front with kw1 coilovers and Hotchkis rear camber arms. I'm at 23 1/2 " from wheel arches to street all the way around and 4" clearance under the car. I also had the shakes but when I went lower the shakes disappeared. The profile pic shows the car at 4 " front and 5" rear street height. No rubbing

9 treads leftover on the front and 4 in the rear. I have jcw sway bars front and rear with the jcw strut bar.. My car runs really tight even with jcw suspension it came with.. Overall it's a tad bouncy but once you find a good turn or on ramp you forget all about any bounce.. I've always liked my cars to run tight and have great road feel and feed back. My car rides like its on rails and I don't mind the run flats.

I just lowered my '07 MCS (KW V1's) and I went a little lower than I wanted to...but I can't drive the car anyway because the inner tire rubs against the coilover adjustment perch. I looked at the 5mm spacer, but decided to go with the 10mm instead to push the wheel out a little more flush with the fender well (will probably be switching to wheel studs as well-currently on extended lugs). I'm running the stock 17x7 48 offset wheels. Tucked about an inch in the front and .5 in the rear. Pics to come soon. KW's were revalved (rebuilt) prior to installation and feel SOOOO MUCH better than stock.

Just sharing information even though nobody cares... So by using an wheel offset calculator these offsets should work:
6.5" needs a et43
7.0" needs a et36
7.5" needs a et30
and so on...
JDR is running 5mm spacers with S Winders (6.5" with et48)
Coen_de_K is running 16mm spacers and is a showoff (7" with et52)
RYEPHILE is running 10mm spacers on Rota RB in 17x7.5" et45 with Sumitomo HTR ZIII 215/45-17 (clears by perhaps 2mm!)
