I just traded my Hsports for M7 springs and using FSD struts. The car also has 225-35-18. I love the new .5 lower stance and the way it handles both corners and highway driving. It gets a little low because of the from Hamman lip. The measuring was done from wheel center to the bottom of the arch. The Hsports were about 1" lower than stock MCS and the M7's are around 1.5" These pics were taken minutes after install, I'm sure they will settle a bit more.

Any problems with the M7 springs & Koni FSDs?

I spoke with the Koni techs when they released this product & they said lowered springs would cause problems.

They also designed a lowered application with matching Eibach springs but abandoned the project because there wasn't enough wheel travel.

No problems I have had Hsport with FSD's for 7000 miles and now even lower M7 springs. Of course I did cut the bump stops in half. So far so good, I really like the combo. The FSD's are great they go rid of the rough roads where I live! There are tons of FSD's out there with lowered springs, mine might be the lowest :-)

LOL, I never heard of them before I bought them but $69 each is a steal. They drive nice, no road noise and they last a long time, but they are not as sticky as I would like. I know Brian from Fireballed has them on this 500whp Mini.

I have no idea how he can drive that car on those tires. I have had hard time keeping them stick.

You are coming up, the only thing I'm worried about is Holiday traffic. Last time I traveled to on a Holiday to AZ it took me 13 hours there and 12 to get back.. ouch!
