STX (Street Touring X) Falken RT 615 Dilema

Falken RT 615 Dilema
What is a better size RT615 for autox. Here in San Diego we run a SK2 class. GS rules, but only Street tires are allowed (for us cheap guys ).
205/40R16 (in stock at Vulcan and Edge) Makes me think no one uses this size.
or
215/45R16 (out of stock at Vulcan and Edge) makes me think everyone is using this size.
or
225/50R16 (in stock at Vulcan abd Edge) but will they fit the car in both front and rear without modding, and will they fit on the 16X6.5 rims?
I have the stock 16" X-lites as my autox wheels.
I have also posted this question on the GS forum. I only posted this question on two different forums as the more I thought about it, the STX guys may know more about the RT 615 than the GS guys. Sorry for the duplicate post. If the moderator wants to delete one post please delete from the GS forum.

You would definitely want the 215/45R16. It offers a smaller overall diameter which improves the gearing slightly.
The 225 is slightly larger diameter and would make for taller overall gearing, slowing acceleration. Not the way to go.
You'll just have to wait until they get a new delivery. I had to wait about 6 weeks for mine.
