Picked up a 2006 mini S on a trade. 140000 miles. She's a good car. Seems to run alright. Some minor modifications. I've recently been noticing it shifts incredibly weird, somewhat unreliably. Shes still driveable but I would like to get to the bottom of it. These are the codes I'm experiencing:

P1747
P1611
P1613
P1607

I'm aware some of those are CAN bus related issues. My tach has shut off once or twice. It's also had one misfire (seems to have been fixed) and a couple O2 sensor codes (car has been straight piped)

I'm extremely new to these cars but I'm eager to learn and work on her, she's a fun car. Just really need a bit of direction. Is the transmission done? Is it salvageable? I can turn a wrench in just not the best at diagnosing on a completely new vehicle. Any input helps!
