New R56 Cooper N14 engine with a weird oil leak.

Can anyone tell me what these 2 round shiny metal parts are under the N14 engine next to where the engine mates to the automatic trans? This is a new engine from the Mini dealer. Less than a year old with maybe 5000 miles on it.

You can see its dripping down the block from those two locations.

Those looks like the caps. And the bolts behind them.

They cover the last two crank bolts. Easily removed, altho almost always a destructive process. No threads, just a press-fit. Use a small amount of sealant when replacing them. Shouldn't need to replace the crank bolts.
