Can I get this bracket anywhere or can I make it?

Does anyone know where I could get this bracket? Or where I could get one like it for a low cost? I could try to make it. But I’m not sure how.

From the looks of it, all you need is a piece of 3/16” aluminum bar stock in the correct width, a vice, a hammer, and a drill. That one looks homemade anyway.

any Lowes or Home Depot will have a metal you need .... in the hardware section there will be a pretty good assortment of mild steel and aluminum in flat bar, angle (L) , flat sheet and box .....

MINI sells this (tool no. 11 8 260) but you might not want to spend BMW money to buy it.
