R56 N16 cranks but won't start. Need help with decoding codes

Purchased a 2009 N16 that cranks but won't start. A friend of mine was able to pull the codes and we are not sure where to start. Any advice or suggestions would be appreciated.

2009 minis are either N12 or N14.

Did you check the fuses and relays?
