Torque spec for upper timing chain guide and valve cover?

Can someone give me the torque specs for the upper timing chain guide and the valve cover.

2009 Mini Cooper base automatic non turbo

Please?

I’d recommend a Bentley manual. Lots of retailers have them. ECS Tuning has lots of stuff.
Top chain guide 8 nm
Cyl head cover 10 nm
This is tightening sequence. Loosen in reverse.

The pic of that valve cover looks different than mine but I'd imagine those torque specs are the same. Matches what somebody else said.

I've been looking at the Bently manual. Since my daughter loves this car, I'll be having one pretty soon.

Are retailers that sell it any cheaper than the bentlypublishing website?

I bought it on Wally World's website for less than a $100, free 2 day shipping too. Might want to check there.

So it's actually 20nm.

I see that from the book there.

I've also heard 8nm and 9 nm.

So I'll go with 20. I don't want that coming loose.
