1692 code in 2004 MCS

Hi,

I had a mechanic check out the car with the seat problem.

The check engine light wasn't on but I asked them to scan the codes anyway. I'm glad I did. The lady who called me from the shop said he got the 1692 code twice, the description was Manufacturer's (Manufacturing?) Computer Control Circuit. Searching around it sounds like this could mean anything from a weak battery to a blown head gasket.

It also sounds like one lower control arm shot and the other is on the way out, but this doesn't sound too bad. I asked the shop if they could check the battery. They're also going to give me a quote on changing the brushing.

I don't think P1692 refers to the CCC, I have seen that it pertains to the throttle body. Although I am still trying to resolve my issue with the same code.
