Several codes thrown, need some opinions

I'll give a quick history of my car for context:
  • 2009 MCS, purchased new in Nov 2008
  • 45k miles: engine kinda blew up due to the chain tensioner issue or whatever it was. MINI replaced shortblock under warranty.
  • 55k miles: half shaft popped out of the transmission when I was going into 2nd gear. MINI replaced the transmission & half shaft out of warranty under "goodwill customer retention" program or whatever they call it. I was very appreciative.
  • 70k miles: My stock Boost radio died. MINI wanted something like $1300 to replace it. I spent half that and got a nice headunit with Ipod connectivity & BT
  • 75k miles (right now): I got a check engine light. Universal code readers tell me there are random misfires & misfires in cylinders 1 and 3. I changed spark plugs with no change. I had a local shop read the BMW codes yesterday. They found the following:
    1. Combustion misfires, cylinder 1 (Codes 2773, 2771)
    2. Combustion misfires, cylinder 3 (Codes 2777, 2775)
    3. Combustion misfires, several cylinders (Codes 2781, 2783)
    4. Intake manifold, unmetered air (Code 2B64)

I didn't have them do any further diagnosis, but was hoping the codes would lean towards the HPFP since MINI extended the warranty. Now I am thinking it might be a stretched timing chain.

Many of the codes I mentioned are in line with the info found in this PDF about Service Information Bulleting SI M12 02 10.

So I'm just looking for opinions what to expect from MINI if/when I take it in, or anything I can do myself before resorting to spending a fortune for repairs.
