Reservoir hose rubbing

I have a 09 jcw and the issue I'm having is my reservoir hose seems to rub to the point of a coolant leak when shifting gears. Is there a fix for this? Doesn't seem like it's a motor mount issue.

It could also be the "flex-joint" connection at the reservoir. However, if you've already determined that the hose is interfering with linkage, a tie-wrap or two would be an easy fix --- replace the leaky hose and relocate the interfering part.
