Just confirming the size of line wrench I need to bleed the brakes for my 2008 MINI Cooper S JCW is 10mm?

Yes, either 10mm 6 point or 11mm 6 point.

It's been awhile since I've bled brakes on a JCW brake G1 car, but the JCW calipers on the front are the same as the 2nd gen S calipers which use an 11mm bleeder. Whether MINI used a 10mm bleeder on the G1 JCW, I don't recall off the top of my head.

I have a fancy handy-dandy 10mm Hazet bleeder wrench but not in the 11mm. I do have a regular 6 point 11mm combination wrench. Should I get the specialized wrench in 11mm?

Nope, just a plain Jane 11mm 6 point will work just fine.

I use a 6 point 11mm ratchet wrench, same for 10mm.
