Can't open hood, cable fell off the driver side hood latch...
 

What's the best way to get inside the hood to fix this?

I'm almost 99% positive the cable fell out of the thing at the arrow so the release isn't getting activated at all...

Take off the wheel and remove the wheel liner (or at least the front half to look).

Wheel arch plastic in the front corner take it out in the front and you should be able to pop that cable back in.
