Engine cranks but won't start
 

I recently changed my timing chain and water pump, everything seemed to go according to plan until it was time to start it up and got nothing.

I did use cam shaft locks to keep timing in check.

The engine turns by hand with no noises other than valves opening and closing.

No compression issues, I have checked that.

Smelling fuel as well.

I also have checked spark and the coil packs are firing.

I have used 2 sets of plugs the old ones prior to replacing my timing chain and new ones I had bought to change out while I was doing the other work.

All fuses appear to be good and fuel pump relay sounds like it is working.

Any help would be appreciated.
