2003 MC Can't get air out of bottom (heater)
 

As winter is approaching again, I don't want to go through another season with frozen feet. I get air, hot or cold, from the dash vents and the defroster vents but I no longer get air out the bottom vents. If I press the button I can hear the fan wind-up like it's blocked.

I'm guessing the actuator that directs the air down to the feet is stuck or broken but I'm not sure where it is or how to get to it.

Has anyone dealt with this before and could point me to some information?

+1 on that link , if the hanger does not work you can get the actuators and install flap kit.
