2007 R56 Bluetooth can't pairing

The car's bluetooth can't fine my and my wife's iPhone 5 couple of month ago. Anyone else has this problem? Both phone works fine with other car we have just not the R56. Should I take it to the dealer? Thanks

This was an option on these cars; however, the button on the steering wheel was standard installation. So what I am saying is the button on the steering wheel may just be for looks. Does the car have Bluetooth?

Interestingly though, I remember on our first Mini, which was an R56 2007, and it had the little telephone button on the steering wheel...can't remember what the dealer said, but it didn't work.
