engine noise from driver's side

Hi,
I was hoping to get some insight into some noise i've been hearing, maybe by trying to describe it someone has had a similar issue and can help me out. I have a 2010 r55 non s. Noise sounds like somethings loose on driver's side (engine compartment), makes noise when going over rough road at any speed, though more so when at slower speeds. Noise persists even when engine has warmed up and it does not get worse or better. Does not always make noise when going over rough terrain.

thanks for reading :)

Check the air filter box and connecting parts, filter box is snapped onto 2 posts with rubber grommets. I've seen the grommets misplaced or missing. The intake box attachment to the air filter box could also be loose at the joining tabs.

hey notsomini...any update on this? Did you figure out what it was?

I've noticed the same sort of noise over the past couple weeks. It comes and goes...cold start, warm start...doesn't matter.
