Which dealer to use near Asheville for Timing Chain/Tensioner Failure

Had my 07 Cooper S at German Motor Werks here in Asheville for a few days.Car has 65k miles. Sunday morning she just would not start. Towed to the garage, looks like the cylinders only have about 30-40 lbs of compression. Scott from GMW says it's the tensioner or maybe the fuel rail for direct injection. It had the death rattle "diesel" sound for about 2 min upon startup for the past few weeks.

AAA will tow my car to either Greenville Mini or Knoxville Mini anyone have experience with either one?

Thanks,

Travis
Starting to think this Mini is more British than German after all.

Travis, What did Scott say regarding repairs needed? Did he offer to do the work? The reason I ask is because I was given to understand that their shop worked in MINIs.

My MINI came from Century in Greenville, but I haven't had any experience with them regarding repairs.

Scott said he hoped to have the necessary tools eventually to do the job. He said maybe by next year he'd have the right stuff. He also mentioned how this was all too common and had hoped Mini would make this a recall. I'll still continue to use GMW for the other stuff.
