Part number for heater core insulation kit in driver's footwell

I thought I read this somewhere, but can't seem to find it. Is there a part number for the retrofit of the insulation to wrap around the coolant pipes in the USA driver side foot well, down by the gas pedal to keep my feet from burning up?

Best prices for this anywhere? I can't stand it anymore.

Thanks!

Anyone know what I am talking about?

AFAIK, the pipes have no insulation - mine don't. The heater core install kit comes with a flimsy foam insulation strip that is supposed to go between the core & the heater box. Perhaps that's what you read about?

What about manually wrapping those with foam insulation? Like thermal hot water pipe insulation...Or the insulating foam tape Home Depot sells.
