SES and ASC lights on

SES and ASC lights on
It seems that these lights come on during WOT acceleration and only 3rd and 4th gear under WOT at redline. under normal acceleration it doesn't happen. also doesn't happen at all in 1st or 2nd. now the ASC light will reset after restarting the car but the SES light takes a couple days of driving to reset. I don't feel any power loss when they come on. any ideas anyone
