The ABS DSC TPMS lights are from a loss of connectivity with a wheel speed sensor. Whether the wires are the problem or the sensor is out, is something you will have to take a look at. Just get under the car, find the sensors, clean the plugs. Search for Trifecta for mucho threads on it.

Actually DSC should be off in the winter, anyway. It can sense a loss of traction from ice/snow, compensate and make things go from fine to in the ditch.

To to turn off the Airbag light, you need a special tool.....
The dealers have them, and sometimes they turn up on the market-place....I think PEAK makes one, they cost about $100.

Actually the ASC+T and or the DSC needs to be turn off sometimes to get moving...but it can do things with corner braking that a driver cannot do to keep the car on the road. Most folks run it during the winter and inclement weather, but turn it off during nice weather, or have it modified by their tuners to be a bit less intrusive.
It functions to keep you out of the ditch....so if the lights are lit, the system will not function as intended.
Since you had water in the car, I might wounder if the on off switches got wet and maybe corroded....some contact cleaner might help before you start removing the rims to get at and clean the sensors.....especially since you don't know which one has failed. Also did the BCM, on the right side get wet? If that area got wet...watch out....you might want to make sure the wiring harness going to it is plugged in tight....
