I took my car to MINI of Monrovia for few warranty services ever since I own the car from last year, John Slater is my services guy, and let me tell you, he is the BEST. John always has the postive energy everytime I see him, friendly services make me feel great no matter what issue I have with my mini. I own many different cars and by far, MINI is my favorite dealer (even I lost my LV coin purse when I was there to last time * Michael the manager called but no follow up)and John is one of the best services agent out there.

Just pick up my car from Monrovia Mini dealer and again John Slater professionalism put a big smile on my face everytime. I have to admit my mini has few flaws but John's great services make me forget all of them. My 06MCS has been in and out the Mini dealer for few times and so far I still in love with my car.
