How to bend a stainless steel hanger (exhaust)

Is there a proper way to 'bend' the hangers into a shape? do propane torch will work in this case or is it just too weak? I might have to pull some DIY soon on my exhaust.. thanks in advance yall.

I don't know about propane, but I have done it many times with an O/A torch. Bends like silly putty

I used the hitch receiver on my old 66 ford truck to bend the hanger on exhaust. It is still on and no rattles.
