Annoying speedometer problem

Well... Everything can't be perfect...

I have the Cockpit Chrono, so, the speedometer is behind the steering wheel... Sometimes, (it happens a lot of times), is not marking the 0 km/h when the car are parked, the ¿needle? (I have my english a little forgotten... ) is marking between 0 and 20).

My first thought was the battery, so I changed it. But the problem still happens.

Then, I recalibrate the clocks but the problem is not solved...

Finally I'm thinking probably some electric problem, but I don't have any idea what can be happen... If I stop the car and the speedo is in 0, let him 15 minutes and when I back, the speedo is between 5 and 20 km/h or something... Then, if I park and let him all night, the speedo back to 0.

Could be something about the fuses? I doubt it, but is freaking me out!

Any other idea?

Thanks a lot!
