windshield washers don't work!

after installing my alta intercooler i noticed my windshield washers failed to operate. my headlight washers work but no windshield. i went back to check all my connections but no luck plus i didn't even mess with that during installation. is it coincidence or mishap? so what can i look at besides dealing with the dealership? thanks

I have 2005 MC intermittently the winshield wipers didnt work. Had the motors replaced under warranty. No problem since.
