Paint Imperfection or Crease on Driver's Door

I've had my Astro Black 07 MCS for about 6 months, but I don't drive much (1200 miles) and haven't given it a real good cleaning in a while. Normally, I've just given it a wand washing at a DIY carwash, but today I decided to do the Dawn wax stripping and a really good wash because in the sun light it was looking a little dingy.

Anyway, after the wash the car looks incredible, but I notice that on the bottom right hand corner of the driver's door it looks like there is the tiniest of creases or a paint imperfection. You have to look at it at a certain angle but there is a slight line at the bottom of the door about an inch long. I'm the only person that drives the car, and there is absolutely no ding there or paint scrape, etc., only the little area where the sheet metal looks like it has a tiny bend in it.

Does anyone else have anything similar to this?

Mine are under the bonnet, like up against the fender well toward the firewall its a real shoddy paint job.

thanks for the replies - yeah, upon closer inspection, it's not a ding or scratch. It looks like the area was taped off there or there is a paint run. In the end, no big deal for me. If it was a ding, I'd be angry at someone's carelessness or maliciousness.
