It's hard to believe I've had Louie for a year now. Time flies when you're having fun :grin: :grin: :grin: .

What I really wanted to say was about the excellent service I received at the service department today(MINI of St Louis/Autohaus BMW). They did the software upgrade, replaced some electrical harness that was on recall(I wasn't even aware of the problem)changed oil, replaced the wipers & washed all the salt off of Louie. I also got to shop in the new store & bought the new cup holder which they put in for me. We see & hear so much complaining about the dealers that I thought I would just say something nice for a change.

BTW, Louie likes his upgrade. NO STUMBLE :grin: :grin: :grin:

Ms Brit's checkup will be coming up in a couple of months so I was glad to hear that you received good service. Did you have to leave Louie in overnight or was it a one day deal. If so, how long did it take ? I'm glad your stumble is gone too - the new upgrade is one thing I am really looking forward to experience.

Was the cup holder Louie's birthday present ?
