Daughter going to school Claremont, what dealership to use??
Hi, I have been long absent from this site but need your help, my daughter is going to be taking her mini to college in Claremont Ca, and I wonder who she will need to have service the car if she runs into any problems, It seems to me that no one like the service they are getting but I think that she is closest to Assael Mini but wonder who else she could use? Many Thanks in advance for any suggestions, Lauren
Steve's auto clinic is regarded as one of the best places to have work done on your MINI down in soCal. Granted he isnt a dealer so he cant do warranty work, but everyone has amazing things to say about him. A large majority of the mini community uses his shop. I'm sure someone from the area will chime in with more info (including his address)
From reading posts it seems that South Bay Mini in Torrance is her best bet. Unfortunately it is close to 50 miles away. Not sure how good or bad the Service Dept is at Assael
Assael in Monrovia is the closest dealership, then Nick Alexander or Universal. Go to MINIUSA's website and check their list of dealerships for all the contact info.
What is she studying?

Thanks everybody, I feel much better sending her off in her mini, I'm very nervous about her driving on the freeways as she is not use to highway driving. I wanted her to take a course at Bondurant but I didn't plan ahead. I'm hoping she won't stray to far from school. (I'm sure that joke's on me) She will be in her second year at Scripps (Claremont colleges)so the work load is pretty heavy .Thanks Lauren
