Steve's Auto Clinic / M7 install party

We are now thinking of either the weekend of 7/24-25 or 7/31- 8/1. I think the later weekend would be best as it would give more people time to order things on their own for instillation at steve's or for him to get your orders in as well. Also we have a new oil catch can that might be in by the later date as well . We just got the new M7 springs in friday and will have those on hand for immediate install for either weekend. Let me know what you think . Steve and his crew wil be on hand to install anything you may have bought on your own or order thru himn before hand. There will be food and refreshments served on sunday like last time . I will be booking appointments on a first come first served basis as soon as the date is set.

Party?

Hey, Randy!

I'll be out of town until Aug. 3, so guess I'll miss this party, dang it!

Are you going to have a bbq at Steve's? Will Steve be doing pulleys? What is the main focus of the party....to become acquainted with you, Peter and Steve, or is there a particular bit of equipment you are featuring?

Hopefully, I can come to the next party at Steve's...

The main focus is a install party of all types. Yes he will be doing pulleys as well as anything else that anyone brings and has a appointment for. I will be taking the appointments at randy@m7tuning.com and will set the schedule accordingly. Steve has installed about every imaginable aftermarket so far and if you have something new for him to tackle he will look forward to that as well. You can order parts and accessories thru Steve at 818 891 6109 and of course all will be welcome to stop by just for the social aspects of the weekend. We ( M7 ) will have a full range of our parts on hand and will be featuring the new sport springs, 180 degree thermostat and oil catch can system. Armenian bar- B- Que for all on sunday :)

Any word on what products will be avail for order? or discounts?

maxmini Jul 21, 2004 08:27 PM

We will have a good supply of 180d thermostats, and hopefully the new CNC aluminum oil catch can system on hand. As for ordering that is up to you and wide open . Pm Me for anything specific you are looking for. Discounts will be 10% on any M7 product and Steve will be offering price breaks on installation of whatever you bring or have ordered thru him. At this stage the majority of appointments have been for pulleys, springs, thermostats, CAI,sway bar sets , oil changes and 4 wheel alignments to give you some idea of what will be going on. Not to mention that bar-b-cue on sunday :)

How much is the oil catch can and its availability for those who can't make it to the party? I plan on purchasing the catch can fairly soon and would like to see the M7 unit if possible. It's not on the M7 website as of yet.

maxmini Jul 23, 2004 01:08 AM

The catch can will retail at $ 119. We are expecting the first production run next week so it is a bit too soon for the photos to be up. I think they will be well accepted as the CNC aluminum catch can is a really nice piece. You will be able to order them thru the normal channels at www.m7tuning.com.

sweet, thanks. Nice to finally have an alterantive to the Alta catch can. No offense to Alta, since it is a nice unit. Just nice to have more options.

Do stop by for the Armenian bar B Cue on sSunday at least . The party will be from 8am to 6pm sat and sun.

Thanks to everyone who made the two day even a real success for all. The Bar B Cue was a hit as usual and we now have the job of re stocking the shelves after you all drove off with your new upgrades. Many thanks to Ben Fer Performance for making the drive up from San Diego to showcase their new cold air intake and a really nice front strut tower brace formed from cast end pieces and a bladder carbon fiber strut. Those who were here to see it were duly impressed as will many others be when these hit the streets. Again thanks to all who made the trip and we will do it again soon.

Nice meeting you folks. Had a great time looking at all the cars and mods. Thanks to Peter for giving me a ride in the M7 test mule.

With the car expected in shortly, I'll have lots more questions.

Cheers
Adam
