We'll need to head out to the 12 miles to test this "no more screeching" theory of yours...

Haf

Nice wheels and tires. What size are they????

You asked about my new break pads several weeks ago, the verdict is in....... they squeel more than your tires ever did. Thinking of going back to original or something similar

Mark,

Thanks, they are 17x7.5 with 215/45 rubber.

Sorry to hear about the pads. Even after all this time and they are still squealing? At least the sway bar is probably keeping you happy

They sure look a lot like R90s! Very nice!

What are they and how does the cost compare to the 17" R90s?

Which is exactly why I got 'em...although I think they're a touch cleaner than the R90s....they are ADR M Classic's.....bought used for a fantastic $550 shipped! I'm not sure what they go for new....

I found them online for $145 each. I think they look great on your EB MCS. Is it lowered?

Haf

Thanks, I thought they looked like 17's. Very nice look... like BBS wheels, a true classic.

The Sway bar is such a hugh difference and I am torn if the short shifter or sway bar is the better of the mods. Both make a huge difference. The car really feel different with the bar racheted stiff...... glad M. Cooper insisted on the setting.

Happy Holidays

hey haf, those aren't run flats you're running, correct?
How do they feel when compared to the stock run flat pirellis?

Ditto, you have the ant's eye view shot and the road block shot. Just add the blue light to make it official.

>>Wheels are looking real fine.
Excellent appearance.

On the practical side,
How do you clean the inside part of the wheel?
Slaves with really small hands?
Trained ferret clutching a rag?

sambusik - yes, those are definitely not run flats...and they are an improvement in two ways - 1. lighter...give me a touch more getup and go feeling and they certainly are noticeably smoother over bumps...2. the tires are MUCH quieter...i wasn't actually expecting this. really is a nice surprise.

cypher - thanks...but about the clear tails...i think it makes the car (well, maybe the wheels do now

re: wheel cleaning. if you can believe this, these wheels are actually easier to clean than the white s-lites i had. mainly because the s-lites would get "stained" over time from the brake dust...it took more effort to clean them and i had to polish them to get them spotless...and that would last about an hour since that white color just elevates the ability for the human eye to see brake dust by about 1000x
