Warning MINI north scottsdale AZ

Do not bring your MINI to MINI of North Scottsdale. They shattered my wheel well cover and put it back broken without telling me. I did not notice until I got home. They are hacks and can't be trusted. Take your MINI elsewhere if you love it.

What is a "wheel well cover"?

Have you spoken to the service manager about the issue?

How did they "shatter" a bendable felt/plastic liner?

MINI N Scottsdale

I asked myself that same question. I removed and replaced the part with no problem but they seemed to have issues with the simplest task. They replaced the wheel well but the fact that they let me leave with the car in that condition is ridiculous. Makes me wonder what else they screwed up. Taking it elsewhere to make sure all is well. Just a friendly heads up to MINI owners.

I got a couple of services there and I was really happy until the second time. The next day, I saw two very minor dings on the left side of my bonnet after having a regular service and removing and replacing my mirror caps. I brought it up to them the next day and they told me that there was no way of proving it happened there. I check for dings every time I walk up to my vehicle after having it parked in public but I didn't notice them on the bonnet at pickup time. I know I can't prove it but it is highly suspect during the time frame and location of the dings relative to the work performed by the service tech. I won't go there again but I'm not telling others not to. They are super nice and I liked to check out the supercars next door, especially the Veyron.

I just bought my mini from them, and it was a great buying experience.

Dare I say "semi-nice" car sales guys.

I had a bad experience there as well ... they had to replace a faulty airbag sensor on the rear right passenger side under warranty. Upon pickup I didn't check the car out too closely, big mistake. While driving the next day I noticed the interior panels along the rear right now rattled. I opened the hatch to see that the top-side brake light was loose, and 1/3 of the the hatch seal was completely hanging off. Seemed like whoever was putting it back together just decided to stop halfway through and call it a day.

After bringing it back again to fix those issues, I later noticed a large new scrape on the passenger door interior panel (I had no passengers in the car in the meantime).

Also had a melting hood scoop issue, all they would offer was to replace/repaint it, knowing full well it would melt again. They wanted me to pay $191 for a carbon fiber/non-melty one. The "other local MINI dealership" replaced it with the CF version for free (which, of course, is where I now go for all service, and I have been very happy since).
