Lance Kajiwara in Fleet Sales was great. We got the car through the AAA car buying service, and Lance made everything go smoothly, easily and fun. It was right at the tricky 2012/13 order changeover period, but he made it look easy.

We love our new JCW Mini. It's only three weeks old, so we've yet to go through the hard stuff of repairs and maintenance, but so far, so good. We like the place.

In my experience, yes.
