The photo gallery is kind of a pain. I put some photos of my MCS in there last week, and now I can't find them. There doesn't seem to be a good way to search, other than looking through the entire gallery, which takes forever.

It also seems that the thumbnails move around, so if you know something's on a certain page when you post it, it won't necessarily be there when you go back to look for it later.

I don't know exactly what the solution to this might be, but it seems to me that there should be some more convenient way to search the gallery. At the very least, a picture should stay in the same spot once it's posted.

Thanks!

I totally agree with you. The current gallery in use has a bunch of limitations. I have selected a new gallery system that I will be rolling out with the new site...and you'll have your very own personal gallery areas in addition to the general galleries we have now. After I get a couple of things done in the next two weeks I'll be working to get the site over to its new platform. In the meantime the reason photos shift around is that we have to manually reindex the galleries so that the newest images are displayed first. Given this photos appear to move around...Improvement is coming!
