St. Patty's Day Rally March 15
 

The Sin City MINI Club is joining the British Auto Club for the second annual
St. Patty's Day Rally on Sunday, March 15. We will meet at 9:00 am at Three
Angry Wives Pub in the Boca Park Shopping Center at 8820 W. Charleston Blvd,
#105.

It's going to be gimmick rally answering questions about Saint Patrick's Day,
Ireland, and identifying land marks along the way for points. There will also
be a stop in the rally for a quick game of skill involving darts.

We are going to end up at Sean Patrick's pub on West Flamingo for lunch and
an awards ceremony. The First Place Winner will get a wall plaque and The
Second Place Winner (and here's the kicker) will get a traveling trophy
comprised of ruined car parts.

The ground rule for this and all succeeding BACLV St. Patty Day
Rally's is that the Second Place Winner must keep the trophy for one year, add a
piece to it so it will grow over time into something truly hideous, and
must agree to be the Rally Master and put the event on the next year.

We will have a buffet lunch that will cost $20.00 per person plus a $5.00 entry
fee per car. Please respond to sgdg@cox.net if you are
planning on coming. The restaurant would like a count by March 1 for the lunch.

Hi Everyone,

I talked to the restaurant, and they have extended the deadline for the final
count for the lunch to March 9. So if you were thinking of going and didn't
have a navigator lined up (and you will need a navigator), you still have time
to find someone.
