Used this plug and play device from Burger Motorsports for about a year and roughly 10K miles on a 2012 Countryman Cooper S. Burger Motorsports lists it as compatible with all Cooper S Minis from 2011 to 2015. It did create a noticeable difference in performance and was incredibly easy to install and uninstall. Reason for selling is that I sold the car. Price is $200 and will include shipping to lower 48 states.
